The IAFCC Annual Conference is the statewide event exclusively for the leaders, providers, volunteers and other stakeholders of Illinois’ Free and Charitable Clinics. For many attendees this is the ONE TIME each year they have to network with each other, share resources and engage in meaningful workshops. Our annual conference is IAFCC’s opportunity to support our members and show our appreciation for the dedicated health care they provide to the uninsured and underinsured in Illinois.
